Good Morning!
We hope this year is off to
a good start. AdQue is starting the year with
a bang and has many new additions that released this
month. See below for more information on our
fiber upgrade, AdQue Messages on Hold, and the
automatic additon of your logo to our Monthly
Series. Adobe's Flash is off to a bit of a
false start this year. Read below for
information on our patch to their newest release
bug.

AdQue MOH
New this year is AdQue's Messages on Hold.
With AdQue MOH you can now schedule your On Hold phone
messages and music the same way you do your storyboards.
The first release for AdQue MOH is now available. Please

Automatic Logo Addition to Monthly Series...
We know many of you add your
logos to our Monthly Images. Starting January 2012
all Monthly Series images have the ability to add
your logo automatically. You just have to send us
your logo, and AdQue does the rest. Please email
Christi Harris (cbh@adque.com)
for details and exact logo specifications.

Fiber Internet Upgrade...
This month we replaced our
T1's with Fiber, increasing our internet speeds by
400%. This will help improve your system
update time, as well as our website speed.
However, note that internet speed is
non-deterministic. Your speed will also be
determited by your internet provider and will only
be as fast as the slowest segment. For many of
you our upgrade will mean increased speeds, and we
will continue to do everything we can to optimize
our website and data upload speeds.

Flash Patch...
While
Adobe continues to challenge us with new and
exciting problems almost every Flash release, we are
continuing to develop methods to detect these issues
and correct them before they are noticed by your
audience. For
those of you who have experienced any of the
following intermittent Flash issues:
Gray Exclamation Point of Death, Text Disappearing,
or Animations stop working properly (frozen)...
It appears we have a
solution.
We have developed a
proprietary method of detecting these problems and
gracefully restarting the Flash Player so that any
issues that occur would be corrected in less than 1
minute. We've rolled this fix out to a number
of sites and it seems to be functioning well.
We will continue to update all AdQue systems with
this patch.

Note:
A number of older systems are not eligible for this
upgrade due to missing Windows updates that we are
not able to install remotely. If you have any
systems that fall into this category, we will
contact you and work with your IT personnel to get
the systems up to date.
